Step 1. Add a class
Select Add Class to start creating a class.
Step 2. Enter class information
On the next screen, enter the following information:
- Class type：Select "Standard"
- Class name
- Subject area(s)
- Student level(s)
- Class start date
- Class end date
- Allow students to enroll themselves in this class：you can choose whether students can enroll themselves.
Step 3. Submit the class
Click Submit to create the class. A pop-up window will display the class ID and enrollment key for confirmation (If you allow students to enroll themselves in this class).
Important:
Do not share your enrollment key publicly. Anyone with the enrollment key can join your class, regardless of their institution. If the system detects abnormal enrollment activity or suspected misuse, Turnitin’s security mechanisms may be triggered, which could result in the class being deleted and the instructor’s account being blocked.
