Open Access Publishing Support
Publish in open access journals with Article Processing Charges (APC) waivers or discounts available through NCCU’s institutional partnerships. -
Institutional Repository (IR)
Archive and preserve your research outputs — including papers, reports, and theses. All IR contributions are globally searchable, helping increase citation counts and academic impact. -
NCCU Scholar Hub
Create your personalized academic profile, which centrally displays your publications, education, research projects, honors, and more.
🛠 How the System Works
- Start with the NCCU Information System: After completing HR onboarding, please enter your full CV and publication records into the NCCU Information system.
- Library Support:
Once your data is entered:- Publications will be manually curated and entered into the Institutional Repository (IR) by library staff.
- Entries in the IR are synchronized to the NCCU Academic Hub (AH) every Monday.
- CV and academic background (education, positions, awards, etc.) will be automatically synced to the NCCU Scholar Hub the day after your entry. Other general information (such as English name, affiliated department, position title, research specialties, etc.) will be synchronized to the Academic Hub on the 2nd and 17th of each month!
- Managing Future Updates:
For any new publications in the future, please add them via the NCCU Information System. For your ORCID records, you may either:- Use ORCID’s “Add Works” feature to enter works manually, or
- Contact your subject librarian to request synchronization from NCCU to ORCID.
If you can't find the resources you need at the library, you can use our Resources Recommendation System and Interlibrary Loan service.
